Deployment Checklist
Before going live, ensure you have:- Created an organization with complete details (address, hours, timezone)
- Set up a bot with appropriate greetings and industry settings
- Applied training (templates, FAQs, workflows) to your bot
- Attached a phone number to your bot
- Tested conversations to verify behavior
Attach a Phone Number
To use Annie via phone, you first need to attach a phone number to your bot. This is the number callers will dial to reach Annie, or the number Annie will use as her caller ID for outbound calls.Phone Numbers
