# Get Access

> Request API credentials and get set up with a sandbox environment

The Annie API is currently invite-only. We work closely with partners during onboarding to ensure you have everything you need to build successfully.

## Request Access

To get started, email us at [devs@helloannie.com](mailto:devs@helloannie.com) with:

* Your company name
* A brief description of what you're building
* Your expected use case (single practice, multi-location, enterprise, etc.)

We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

## What You'll Receive

Once approved, you'll get:

* **API credentials** — An API key for authentication
* **Sandbox environment** — A safe space to test without affecting production
* **Default templates** — Pre-built training configurations to get you started quickly
* **Onboarding support** — We'll help you set up your first organization and bot
